he said that pigs allowed to graze are very hard to sell because
-the meat is mostly fat
-it is tougher
-and runs a high risk of trichinosis contamination, tapeworms, other things that the pig eats when it eats shit from the ground

the best option for fast profit is to have a female, get it pregnant and sell the piglets. it can have about three good litters. piglets only drink milk and are sold at two months for about 16-20k apiece. also if you have a strong healthy male you can sell its sexual services for 5k a go
